About Us

Creating Meaningful Impact

STITCCH, founded in November of 2023, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the state of Massachusetts with the goal of providing free music education to children in under-resourced areas of the state. The program is split into two sessions, one in the fall and one in the spring, each 12-14 weeks long. Each Sunday during the session, high school student volunteers commute to Everett, Massachusetts and teach both violin and chorus to kids aged 5-14. The program introduced chorus as an option in the fall session of 2024, and the the program has continued to grow as more students volunteer their time to teaching music. STITCCH relies on donations in order to purchase instruments and pay for supplies
